Tests will be conducted after receipt of the necessary testing charges in the office of the Institution. The Test Report will be given immediately upon completion of the test.

The expert opinion on the test report can be provided on demand. This is an additional facility available to the customer free of cost.

(III) EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
RITEE also provides the facility of classroom based as well as onsite development programs for the employees of different organizations. These pertain to three broad areas.

1. Refresher Courses : In areas relating to Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Computers. These programs are both for executives and workmen staff. These programs are developed keeping in mind the industry requirements and relevance. .
 

2. Emerging Areas Program : These programs are tailormade for executives of different companies, who want to keep themselves abreast with the latest developments in concepts and technologies in their respective areas. These programs will help the companies chart new courses keeping in mind the changing requirements of the market.

3. Organizational Behavior : Most of the problems that companies face have their roots in the area of interpersonal relations of their personnel. These programs are developed keeping this aspect in mind. These programs will not only enhance the competencies of executives but also lead to better motivation.
