Refund Policy

At RITEE Academy of Training, we offer comprehensive drone training courses to equip aspiring drone pilots with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this fast-evolving industry. We understand that our students may encounter unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from completing their course as planned. Hence, we have a flexible refund policy that aims to accommodate our students’ needs while maintaining transparency and fairness.

Enrollment, Refund, and Reschedule Policy

By enrolling and paying for our course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Transfer and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend a particular batch, you may transfer your enrollment to a friend or family member. In case the batch has not started yet, you may receive a 90% refund of the course fee and it will take 15-30 working days to receive the refund from our end once it’s approved by the management. However, once the batch has begun, you will not be able to transfer your enrollment to anyone else and total fee will be forfeited. If you are unable to continue your training due to unforeseen circumstances, you may pause and resume your training in the next batch or complete the remaining course at your own pace. You are entitled to one pause and reschedule option during the entire course.

Course Fees and Charges

You agree to pay the course fees of training. You are solely responsible for your enrollment, and we reserve the right to restrict or pause your training until full payment is received.

Payment Options

We offer part-payment and installment options to help our students start their training without any financial constraints. However, you must complete the full payment before 10 days the batch’s start date.

Customized Courses and Fee Structures

We may offer customized courses and fee structures based on a student’s interests and requirements. We reserve the right to offer discounts, special offers, and scholarships based on our course categories. These offers will be communicated to you through our website or direct communication via email, SMS, telephone, or other means of communication authorized by RITEE Academy of Training. No third-party platform or person is authorized to offer any discounts or offers on our behalf.


RITEE Academy of Training will not be held liable for any claims resulting from the acts or omissions of third parties or frauds online. We expressly disclaim any liability for third-party services. Rescheduling and Cancellation

RITEE Academy of Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to a lack of registrants, instructor sickness, or forced events such as floods, earthquakes, weather or political unrest.


All refunds and rescheduling requests are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis by RITEE Academy of Training. We reserve the right to make the final decision on any refund or rescheduling request. If we find that a candidate has provided false information when enrolling for a course, we reserve the right to prohibit them from using our training services. We hope that our flexible refund policy will give our students peace of mind, knowing that we prioritize their needs while maintaining a fair and transparent refund process.
